I’m Jamie McKenzie — personal trainer and online coach.
I help busy people get in shape, build confidence, and actually enjoy the process.
After 12 years in the fitness industry, I realised most plans don’t work because they expect you to live like a full-time athlete. That’s not real life. Between work, kids, and everything else, no one has hours a day to spend in the gym or time to prep six meals a day.
That’s why my approach is built around real people — simple, sustainable, and effective. No fads, no “quick fixes,” just proper coaching that fits around your lifestyle.
